Chuck Grassley just flat out admitted it
House and Senate Republicans just keep getting more desperate to manufacture phony scandals about President Joe Biden, and they keep striking out. Recently, House Republican James Comer was demanding that the FBI turn over some document that supposedly proved Biden guilty of something. Then it was reported that the FBI document originated with the famously dishonest Rudy Giuliani.
Now Republican Senator Chuck Grassley is flat out admitting on Fox News that they don’t care whether the accusations against President Biden are true:

Uh, Chuck, you weren’t supposed to say the quiet part out loud. Republicans used to be fairly skilled at hyping phony scandals about Democrats. But this latest batch of Republicans are as stupid as they are dishonest.
