“Consciousness of guilt”
In the wake of today’s tragic and deadly school shooting, House Republicans still couldn’t be bothered to do the right thing:

Good on Eric Swalwell for calling them out. As he said, it’s consciousness of their guilt. Swalwell added this: “The right to be free from fear in the classroom and return home after school is greater than the right to unrestricted weaponry.”
